Brief Answer:
you need to get clinically examined thoroughly ..

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxxxxxx, Welcome back to HCM,

I've gone through your reports and understand your concern,

Below I'm mentioning the advises based o the gravity of the situation :

Gr III Fatty liver along with significantly elevated SGPT and non-significant SGOT can be secondary to Dyslipidemia (raised Triglyceride and VLDL)..

There's a need to rule out any underlying viral etiology(specially HBV and HCV, so need to undergo for screening of them)..

BMI 29 is in the overweight range, so that is another contributory factor in this regard..

If there's any history of smoking/alcohol- then it'll be the right time to stop it..

Weight reduction planning should be started without any further delay, first step is to start working out at least 30-40 min per day actively(even better if you join gym, it'll be under proper supervision then)..

Please seek in to a dietitian for a complete diet chart (you can request it in this portal only, if it's included in your package), which will help you to shed those extra pounds as well as maintain proper balance between work-outs and requirement..

Try to indulge in to healthy eating habits, avoid junk/processed/deep fried foods and start taking home-cooked meals..

Try to include lot of green vegetables, salads, whole grain instead of regular wheat/flour, maintain a well hydration (have ~ 3 ltr water per day), having fresh fruits instead of packaged juices will be helpful..

Uric acid level should also to be expected to improve with all these measures followed strictly..

The mild obstructive pattern in lung function can due to any allergic condition to even asthma, so needs a thorough clinical check-up..

Lipid lowering therapy may be initiated (specially Statin group of drugs) after a thorough clinical check-up with an Internal medicine specialist/ gastroenterologist..

Repeat lipid profile along with LFT and uric acid should be done after another 3 months to observe the progress..

You should also get investigated for Diabetes (FBS, PPBS- 2hr post prandial along with HbA1C)..

Seriousness is definitely there, so I'd suggest you to schedule the appointment with the gastroenterologist/ Internal medicine specialist for a detailed clinical evaluation and necessary management to avoid any future complications..

Let me know if there's any further queries..
