What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Question: Hello Doctor,

My brother(age 39) is having fever from one week.It will vary from 100-100.5 or 101.

We observed urine color is yellowish.
Also , he has body ache and tiredness.

We visited doctor here, je suggested some tests, like LFT.

I have attached some reports.

Can you please guide, How to cure and prevent and also wht is the disease and diet he need to take?

His liver function is deranged. He is probably having viral hepatitis.
More tests need to be done.
He can take Paracetamol 500 mg 3 times a day for control of fever.

The following tests are to be done.

1. MP (Malarial parasite) QBC
2. Anti Leptospira IgM
3. Anti HAV IgM
4. Anti HEV IgM
5. HBsAg
6. PT/INR
7. Ultrasound scan of the abdomen.

Get back to me with the reports.

He used to take alcohol (twice a week), approximately 90 _120 ml in one time.Always he have to go motion in daily routine before , the moment his food is done.

Kindly suggest for the same, till we are back with the reports.
