Brief Answer:
Infection in the lungs only on Xray

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Though the Xray had said about infection, I could not find correlating findings on the blood report which are pretty normal except for anemia with low hemoglobin, might be some blood loss or low iron.
So clinical correlation is needed examining the lungs, other symptoms have to be taken into consideration.
We cannot say the level of infection with the reports you provided.
Let me know if you have any prescription of the doctor/other reports.

Brief Answer:
Please meet an Internal Medicine/ MD in General Medicine doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Al though the preliminary treatment written for XXXXXXX is standard I suggest to meet a specialist / MD in General Medicine in your area for extensive evaluation.

The medicines were anti thyroid hormone, fever medicine, gastric medicine, blood pressure medicine. The doctor is treating for high thyroid hormone.
all is well but I suggest to get a specialist evaluation through your doctor.
