Brief Answer:
Please get some investigations as advised to confirm the diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through the reports.
The reports show borderline raised TSH, or slight hypothyroidism, which can be a cause of hair fall.
Moreover, the CBC and serum ferritin are indicative of early stage of iron deficiency anemia.
I will suggest her to start thyronorm 12.5 mcg once a day before breakfast for hypothyroidism.
She should also get following investigations to confirm the cause of abnormal values in CBC:
1. Serum Iron
2. Transferrin saturation
3. Total Iron Binding capacity
4. Hemoglobin variant analysis.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Please do get back with the reports the above mentioned investigations.
Regards
Dr Deepti Verma

What is your opinion on thyroid profile?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Deepti Verma (33 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Mild hypothyroidism

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, as I mentioned in my previous answer, TSH levels are borderline raised, and hence there is mild hypothyroidism or decreased functioning of the thyroid gland.
This can be the cause of hair loss.
I will suggest her to start thyronorm12.5 mcg once daily before breakfast for normalizing thyroid hormone levels.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
