Brief Answer:
Continue with Rosavel F.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
People who have tendencies of high cholesterol would get disturbed lipid profile whenever medicine is stopped despite of good exercises and diet control.
I appreciate your diet control and exercise and would recommend you to go ahead with that.
Your lipids are deranged to a limit of worry as you have a family history of cardiac disease. So I would recommend you in such case to carry on with Rosavel F 5 only.
As far as Pivasta is concerned it is of the same group as of Rosavel so not special advantage and if we talk about Lipglyn then it's indicated to be used in people who ha e Diabetes associated with dyslipidemia not controlled by Statins (Rosuvel).
So I would advice in such case to continue with Rosavel F only as it's able to control your lipid profile.
If cost is not an issue for you , you can go ahead with the medicines presribed and side effect profile of Pivasta is same as Rosavel. Lipgyln is a relatively safe drug but I don't prefer to use it in people who don't have Diabetes.
I hope it helps you
If you have any further query, please ask me.

Brief Answer:
Not related.

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Get an Ultrasound Abdomen to rule out fatty liver that might be causing the discomfort.
Statins are known to cause muscle pains on long term use in high doses but if you had the muscle pains with Rosavel F then you would also get the pain with Pivasta too.
Get your Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 levels done.
If you have any further query, please ask me.

Thank You very much Doctor.

Yesterday I have gone for Comprehensive health check up.
(including chest x-ray, abdomen Ultrasound,ECG,2D Echo, TMT, Liver test, Kidney test, thyroid test, stool test, urine test, CBP,ESR,VDRL) everything was normal except lipid profile.

In CBP : is this RBC value OK..?
Red Blood Cell Count : * 6.30 Millions/cumm

Reference range :4.5 - 5.5

Last month I have done Vit D value was: .20.4
Is the muscle loss worrying thing. Please advise.

Brief Answer:
Wait and watch.

Detailed Answer:
Hi. There is no particular reason that is can see for muscle loss in your case.
In fact according to my judgment you are loosing weight as you are doing exercises and going for Healthy diet.
I suppose you should just increase the consumption of proteins in diet.
Keep a watch on your body weight.
Right to me with your weight chatting after 2-3 weeks.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
