Question: I received the following results from a blood test. What do they mean?
lgG 723mg/dl lgM 33 mg/dl Kappa Free Light Chains 51.0 mg/dl
Lambda Free Light Chains 0.6820 mg/dl Kappa/Lambda FLC Ratio 74.8

You have gone through free light chain assay.
Your Ig G and Ig M level is not much high. But your kappa free light chain level is high with high Kappa/lamda ratio. It suggest kappa chain myeloma.
