Brief Answer:
could be lymph node swelling

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Welcome to HealthcareMagic .

Swelling above clavicle could be one among these 4 most likely. It could be lipoma or sabeceous cyst or lymph node swelling or bone swelling.

For this you need to get examined by a surgeon clinically to differentiate between these . Further plan would be needle biopsy.

if it is lipoma it will be XXXXXXX . If it is sabeceous cyst it will be non XXXXXXX and a black dot you may see on summit. If it is lymph node swelling it usually feel like bean shaped or multiple. If it arise from bone it will be hard to touch. But clinical examination is must to come to conclusion.

As your age is 33yrs chances of cancer spread to that area is very unlikely.

After your needle biposy confirm the diagnosis you can plan removal of it .

Is it on left side or right side?

Waiting for your replyHope I have answered your query .If any further queries are there I would love to help .

Brief Answer:
its not dangerous at your age

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Lymph nodes are small less then 1cm bean/kidney shaped structures present everywhere in body. They function as defence in body by limiting infection.

Specific group collect material from specific part of body e.g oral cavity goes to neck lymphnodes. These lymphnodes enlarge if there is infection/cancer at those body parts .

Since you are having itching it goes more in favor of infection. I would suggest you to get examined clinically from a surgeon for confirmed diagnosis.

It is not dangerous. For mild infection also lymphnodes swell. They will revert back to normal size after infection is controlled.

Hope I have answered your query . If any further queries are there I would love to help.

Brief Answer:
most likely lymph node swelling

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

As you told they are multiple this goes more in favor of a lymphnode swellings. Other lipoma, cyst are usually single.

Lymph nodes are present in groups and due to infection all lymphnodes enlarge . In early infection they may be felt like multiple and XXXXXXX but later as infection increases they fuse and form a irregular swelling.

Size and shape of each node may vary. I would suggest you to get it examined and try antibiotics like cefixime for 5 days .

if swelling subscide then well and good otherwise plan for needle biopsy by consulting your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query .
