Brief Answer:
ovaries are bulky but relate clinically.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar here. I welcome you to HCM VIRTUAL CLINIC. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) As such , volume of the ovaries is about 4 to 6 cc. In your reports both the ovaries show increased volume.

3 ) Usually such findings are associated with polycystic ovaries. But if you do not have any menstrual abnormalities, then you need not worry.

4 ) I will suggest you to corelate these findings with your clinical condition.

5 ) I personally feel that it will not be wrong to suggest you about adopting a healthy lifestyle. I will suggest to indulge in a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Include more portions of fruits, salads and vegetables in daily diet. Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products and refined sugars.

In case of doubt, please feel free to revert back.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
even if PCOS, it can be managed by lifestyle changes .

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back.

I would like to say that we needs to clinically correlate USG reports with your menstrual cycle pattern and physical appearance and certain Features of PCOS.

Even if it resembles PCOS , please note that PCOS is a lifestyle disorder and iy can be handled by change in your lifestyle as mentioned in the previous answer.

This can regulaize your cycles and get the ovarian sizes back to normal. And every thing will be fine. Please do not worry.

I hope this answer helps you.

Brief Answer:
clinical corelate clinically. can induce periods if needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for appreciating the previous answer and reverting back.

It is good to note that you a not obese , and I assume that you have appropriate weight for your height. Also , you must be assured that your body fat percent is less than 25%.
More than your body weight or thin stature your clinical appearance as judged by your doctor is more important.

If you are crosssing your dates then you can simply wait for the onset of periods or induce the periods with Tablet Regestrone . For this you will need a prescription from your doctor.

Please do not worry, start a healthy lifestyle as suggested.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
