What Causes Yellowish Semen Discharge?

Question: hello doctor, i have noticed for the past 2 times that i have ejaculated that my semen was yellow this has never happened before. i don't know what would be causing this, i would like to know if there is a treatment for this.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed the colour of your ejaculate to be yellowish since last 2 days .
This is mostly due to infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Semen examination and Culture.

Start taking antibiotics like Doxicycline twice daily.You may need to take it for 3 weeks.

Ensure to drink more water.

i have been taking the antibiotic CIPROFLOXACIN because i have been having pain in my left testicle i don't know if that pain could be doing damage or something. i was at the hospital and they did ultra sounds on me and they couldn't find any infections

You have pain in Lt Testicle suggesting infection of either Epididymis or Testicle (Orchitis ) which can be the cause for yellow semen .

Please get semen culture done to find out whether you have active infection and organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.so that infection can be controlled by taking appropriate antibiotic as per culture report.

Take anti inflammatory medications like Diclofenac twice daily along with antibiotics.

I really need some help doctor, I dot want to lose my testicle. I have been having this pain for over a month and now I'm starting to see yellow semen. I'm really starting to get worried. This pain is even making it hard for me to pee and I dot even think the antibiotic that I'm taking is even working. Please I really need help it hurts more when I have a full bladder.
