What Causes Swollen Testicle's Epididymis?
My left testicle's epididymis felt a bit swollen and sore earlier today. It feels a bit better now. I was wondering if it might be because I've held off from ejaculating while masterbating this week (I've been edging in hopes of saving my semen for a wet dream), or if it might be more serious.
