What Causes Yellow Spots On Finger Of An Infant When Suffering From Cold?
Question: Hi my 21 month old has a cold and he has been developing a few random spots in different places with yellow heads on them he has one on his finger at the moment which is very red around it what could these be please?

Okay thank you he has a spot on his finger which has become very red and looks sore could this have turned septice

Thats a good question. If it is painful when you out pressure on it, or if it feels warm, it might be bacterially infected. If you notice that the redness is spreading, infection is even more likely. In any of these cases, he would need antibiotic. So consulting with your doctor would be appropriate.
