What Causes White Mucus In Stool, Pelvic Pain And Urinary Incontinence?

Question: i am a 25 year old male. i had inprotected XXXXXXX sex around april last year (i was bottom). since then i have had problem like white mucus in stool, pelvic pain and now urinary incontinence. the mucus has stopped and so has the pelvic pain. i have been treated for proctatitus and epidytimitus. i have had several std and aids tests which all come back negative always. my problem is that my underwear is always wet. i dont know if its urine or sweat as this has never happened before. i havent seen any pus from my penis (is it noticeable?). looking online its always saying i may have an std or muscle damage inside my anus which has caused these problems. or maybe a fungul infection that causes sweat. please help me. i have now noticed a slight whiteish see through bump that comes and goes. its situated on the opening of my penis. i am now having to wear maxi pads to try and stop the uncomfortable feeling of wetness.

Unprotected anal recipient sex would unlikely to produce a urethritis. If you had any type of penetrative sex then it is possible to have urethritis.
As you had no mucus and pelvic pain your proctitis seems to be cured. The same treatment and also the treatment for Epididymitis would have effect on urethritis also, if there is any. So you need not bother about the wetness of your inner wear, whether it is from the front or back and it may settle after sometime. If it persists and if you are make it out obviously then get examined by your physician and take a smear and swab for culture from the discharge those fix the diagnosis of your problem and then we can plan accordingly.
Sometimes a normal excessive precum would have wet your inners. Nothing to get afraid. Try to stick to safe sex in future.

thank you for your reply. it feels like either i am now incontinent or my genitals are oversweating. its very uncomfortable and i am worried i will become infertile as i am now married and trying to have children. i think i will be going to the doctor on monday for some std tests just incase. do u suggest i tell they doctor anything.
