Brief Answer:
Get investigated and take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The cervical disc prolapse require physiotherapy and associated pain can be controlled by pain killers with muscle relaxant and pain modulator drugs like pregabalin or amitryptiline or gabapentin.
You should upload images of Mri if available regarding assessment of extent of compression and further management plan.
Regarding weight gain and swelling in lower limbs you need to consult a physician. Possibility of hypothyroidism should be kept and evaluated as it leads to fatigue, swelling, and weight gain. You should get Thyroid profile done.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
