Brief Answer:
If it is just swelling, then there is nothing to worry about

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The swelling was most probably due to both the dryness of your vagina as well as the rough intercourse. So here are my recommendations:

1. Use KY Jelly the next time you experience dryness during intercourse
2. Try to indulge in more foreplay, speak to your partner about this. This helps get you more lubricated and prepared for vaginal intercourse
3. If you experience any symptoms like burning sensation while urinating, frequent urination, blood in urine, vaginal discharge, chills, fever, etc; please write to me as these could be symptoms of an infection
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Drink cranberry juice as tolerate
6. For 2-4 days drink 1 tbsp of baking soda in a glass of water thrice daily
7. Make sure you ask your partner to wash his hands well enough before touching you in and around your genitals
8. Also, aggressive sexual contact is fun, but not always, so it would be best to keep it a rare occurrence for health purposes

But if it is just the swelling you are worried about, it will come down with time. You can also take warm water sitz baths with epsom salt in it, which will help reduce the swelling sooner. I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
It is the intercourse and fingering that has caused this, nothing else :)

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.

Thats good, continue drinking plenty of water. Also drink cranberry juice as tolerated, it will help a lot. Along with that have the baking soda as indicated in my previous response.

The birth control pills cannot cause the swelling and dryness in your vagina, so I do not think that is the cause. It is the aggressive intercourse and fingering that has caused the presentation and nothing else ma'am, you are over thinking it. :)

But please do not hesitate to write to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
