Brief Answer:
Rule out UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
A vaginal infection can often be accompanied by a urinary tract infection (UTI).
As such, the gel and tablet have no such side effects as mentioned by you.
You could be developing a urinary tract infection.
Just drink lots of water - at least 5 liters per day.
Keep the private parts very clean.
Do not use any soaps, gels, douches or special cleansers - just wash with lukewarm water and XXXXXXX dry with a gentle towel.
Avoid unprotected sex till you heal completely.
Wear clean cotton underpants and change frequently.
After using the washroom, wipe from front to back every time.
Do you have constipation often ?
The bloating could be due to constipation.
Drink lots of warm water, have a couple of bananas and lots of fruits and vegetables.
You should be fine.
If burning during urination starts, please have a complete urine analysis and urine culture done to confirm urinary infection.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
