Brief Answer:
This appears like simple eyelid twitching.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having pulsations under the eyelid.

The most common cause for this is twitching of the eyelid. This occurs in cases of eye strain, stress, deficiency of vitamins....

The true pulsations of the eyelid are seen in conditions like vascular tumours of the orbit, hear failure...
However the vascular tumours of the orbit are associated with proptosis pr protrusion of the eye ball and in heart failure there will be swelling of the eyelids and the feet.

Since you does not seem to have these features no need to be worried as this appears like benign twitching and this will resolve on its own. If you have any of the factors like stress, strain treatment of these is required.
Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you

Doctor...your response is informative and I appreciate it but I do need to specify that the pulsations are not directly under my right eye. It is probably about 2 inches down or so. Would that change your diagnosis? In this case, would I have anything to worry about? Please reply again. Thank You

Brief Answer:
Vascular causes needs to be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up question.

Since the exact site of pulsations is about 2 inches below the eye, this rules out vascular causes of the orbit.

The other causes that needs to be ruled out are rare causes like aneurysms.
A doppler scan will rule out all these vascular causes.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor evaluation regarding this.

Hope this information is helpful to you.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
