Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir/Madam,
Thanks for writing in to us at hcm.
This is Dr.Riyanka and I am glad to be helping you with your query.

Tooth ache cannot lead to heart attacks. But tooth infection can lead to bacterial infection in the heart in rare cases.

Because of your tooth ache , the pain originating at the mouth is getting radiated to the left arm .

Firstly , consult your dentist and take medications to relieve the pain. Also have a dental check up for treating the cause of toothache for example: tooth decay, wisdom tooth etc.

The following medications can be helpful until you consult a dentist:
1. Ibuprofen 400mg once a day for the pain (over the counter drug)
2. Antibiotics- Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice a day for a week.
Kindly take medication after consulting a doctor.

You can also consult a physician and get an ECG done to rule out any cardiovascular causes of pain in the left arm as a precautionary measure since you have not stated your age .

Hope this answers your query.
Get well soon.
Regards
Dr.riyanka
