Brief Answer:
Peripheral neuropathy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Numbness and tingling in both hands and later on in feet, are most likely to be caused by peripheral neuropathy, or damage of peripheral nerves.

There are several conditions that may cause peripheral neuropathy, these include prolonged use of alcohol, diabetes, exposure to poisons, side effects of certain drugs, viral infections, vitamins B group deficiencies and few other conditions .

There is need to consult with your primary care Doctor and to be examined further in order to identify the cause of your concerns, because this condition is treated better by treating its underlying cause.

Investigations include blood tests about assessing above mentioned conditions and nerve conduction study.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
