Brief Answer:
Urinary Tract Infection, not related to dental cause..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain tingling sensation in penis while passing urine and fever are indications of Urinary Tract Infection and does not seems to be caused due to dental treatment..

It is most commonly caused by bacteria.

You should consult a general physician or an Infectious disease Specialist who can do a thorough clinical evaluation an can also advise you to get urine test done for microscopic evaluation and culture and sensitivity to rule out the exact strain of bacteria causing you infection and can advise you antibiotics accordingly..

In general Norfloxacin 400 mg twice a day is advised to reduce infection and for fever Paracetamol is the choice of drug..

Continue taking Ciprofloxacin and Paracetamol and Acelofenac but get an evaluation done soon for faster resolution of your problem..

Drink plenty of water as it helps in faster clearing of infection.
Wear loose fitting and clean inner wears.

Wishing you soon recovery..

Any further queries are welcome..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
