Brief Answer:
Get Investigated

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
I strongly feel that you should get investigated, as you are having serious symptoms and also you are a smoker and have Asthma.
Smokers and People with Asthma, are very prone to bacterial and Fungal Pneumonia's. And the presentation is like this only.

So, better to get investigated.
I advise you following:
1. Chest X ray
2. Hemogram with ESR
3. Sputum for Gram Stain and KOH mount and AFB.
4. ECG.

These investigations would clear the picture.
I strongly recommend the testing for you as you are very young and have a long life ahead.
