Brief Answer:
More likely to be bone related problem

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Helicobacter pylori and gastric problems usually don't cause such symptoms like neck tension, left arm pain, it may cause breathlessness and light headedness problem due to acidity.

Your complaints are more likely related to bone problems. But also need to rule out persistent of gastric problems on safer side.
Yes, cardiac problems not common at your age.

I would kindly advise you to see your doctor to undergo examinations of the neck and the thoracic regions of the vertebra.

Meantime I suggest start over the counter antacids

You should know that weight reduction will also help you greatly.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health

Brief Answer:
Most probably not

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

It is very rare complication of helicobacter pylori. Usually it doesn't cause such symptoms. So I don't think your symptoms are related to H. pylori

Brief Answer:
You shouldn't worry

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

As I had already told heart problem is not probable. Most probable there is joint problem, which can be related also to vertebra. There can be some muscle problems as well.

It is not serious problem and people don't die from it.

If you can't see your doctor now you can take ibuprofen 400 mg and pantoprazole 20mg.
But you need to see your doctor when you will be back and undergo full examination and tests

Wish you good health
