1. As mentioned by you, you are not sure about the source of the bleed and only think it could possibly be a bump/pimple, but are not sure about the same. I would request you to either try to show a close and trustworthy relative or family member; or try to take clear images of the region and find the source or post them here to our discussion for my examination; or visit a doctor for a physical examination to confirm the diagnosis

2. You may require antibiotic coverage as there is an open source of bleeding, in an area very vulnerable to bacterial growth, which makes it a very easy way for an infection to settle

If at all you cannot visit a doctor due to your personal reasons then I would be more than happy to assist you through our discussion, but I would like you to know that there is a mild chance it may not be as effective as a physical consult and treatment.

In response to your questions sir, it could quite possibly be from that acne-like lump, which in my opinion would have been folliculitis. And there are chances it may heal on its own, but there are also chances it can get easily infected sir.

In the meantime, please follow these suggestions:

+Drink plenty of water
+Keep the region dry and clean at all times
+Change your inner wear at least twice a day
+Do not leave the region wet after washing
+Try to take several sitz baths in a day with epsom salt
+Shower at least once a day, if possible twice
+Use a topical over-the-counter antibiotic application (e.g. bacitracin, neomycin, mupirocin, etc.)
