This might be a symptom of testis cancer what needs to be ruled out at first. Other quite common condition is a hydrocele - kind of cyst around the testis which consists of fluid. It may grow and become really large.
The best you can and you should do is to have testis ultrasound done. You should also consult urologist. Please do not wait with it.
