Thank you for your response. Ive been feeling like this for about 4 days but it wasnt until yesterday until i actually looked down there. When i pee it doesnt hurt but when i wipe it does hurt maybe because its sensitive? I havent seen any discharged but does my period affect that in a way? Its not so mucb pain but when i wipe and a little itchy that i have to move around my chair to scrach.

Brief Answer:
Less likely to be Herpes

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms

Thanks for providing the clinical photograph.
It could be due to one of the following possibilities

1. Traumatic ulceration associated with itching
2. Herpes Genitalis: Less likely as Herpes lesion are very painful. Herpes also has involvement of urethra and cervix in majority of cases. They usually also have have associated vaginal discharge.

I would suggest you the following

1. Hot Seitz Bath: To a tub of lukewarm water add 2 spoons of antiseptic solution. Sit in it immersing your bottom for 15to 20 minutes each session thrice a day.

2. Keep the area clean and dry

3. Local application of steroid ointment like Betamethasone

If the lesion persists, I would suggest you the following
HSV(Herpes simplex virus) infection is best confirmed in the laboratory by detection of virus, viral antigen, or viral DNA in scrapings from lesions. HSV DNA detection by PCR, when available, is the most sensitive laboratory technique.

Do keep me updated about development and progress.

Take Care

Best Regards
Dr Deepak
