1. Since your symptoms are on one side, you must get a direct nasal examination and nasal endoscopy done without delay.
2. Get a plain CT PNS (Para Nasal Sinuses) done and upload the images here.
3. Gastritis after having a drink on an empty stomach may explain the dizziness. I am assuming that it is not a spinning vertigo and only unsteadiness. Routine blood tests are advised.
4. Cellulitis should be ruled out if the swelling on the side of the nose if soft to firm. I am also assuming that you are not diabetic and that you have no history of a fall or trauma recently.
