1)antibody test-it is positive after 3to 6 months after the contact, before that it is negative due to less antibodies.
2)R.N.A test results are available with in 9to 11 days after infection.
3)western blot test is the confirmation of the infection of the H.I.V.
Swelling of lymph nodes in the neck, and armpit, or more than in one location is called, generalized lymphadinopathy.
The causes may be the
Viral- measles, rubella,chicken pox, mononucleosis etc.
Bacterial- strep throat, lime disease etc.
Due to the side effect of the phenytoin, used for epilepsy if using.
Cancers like hodgekin disease,leukemia, lymphoma.
A.I.D.S,and syphilis.
The RNA test is negative for HIV, so you need not worry about it.

But regarding the swelling of lymph glands in the armpit, and side of the neck, you have to get the medical help, so i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
