Question: All of a sudden I am very dizzy, which I have not experienced to this extent before. Am in fairly good health.

I am so sorry to hear about this dizziness that you have reported. I have reviewed your information fully and this might have been caused by low blood pressure. I think the blood pressure control is too tight for someone of your age that can lead to episodes of hypotension that will explain the fatigue and dizziness. A blood pressure value of 122/72 is really on the lower side for anyone on drugs for hypertension.

My advice is to monitor for now. If it is a one time observation with no repeats, no need to get worried. If this happens again, i suggest you get you blood pressure medications review and dosages probably reduced.
