Brief Answer:
Need more details

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Thanks for your query.
Read the history and understood it.

I would like to know few more details for me to help you, please provide the feedback.
What is the age of your daughter?
Does she have any other associated symptoms like vomiting, fever, change in bowel habits, bloating of the abdomen or so?
Please provide any other information you would like to share.

As you have given a specific history that the stomach-ache comes when your daughter wakes up and after eating, I would suggest the following causes for stomach -ache.

-Tummy tonsils- meaning enlargement of the lymph nodes of the abdomen.
-Appendicitis- by default this has to be ruled out in every case of pain in -abdomen of a child. It is better to be ruled out
-Worms in intestine can be another common reason.
-Any form of gastroenteritis.

I would suggest the following in a child suffering from stomach-ache::
The best diagnosis is a high resolution ultrasonography of the abdomen.
Blood- CBC, ESR, Widal for Typhoid,
Urine- routine and microscopy.
Stool test- routine , microscopy, for ova of worms and cyst, Occult blood test.

A therapeutic trial with a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotic under the guidance of a pediatrician / Surgeon always helps to solve the problem and to get a diagnosis.
Also give medicines active against worms in intestine.

I hope a consultation with a Pediatric Surgeon, investigations and a course of an antibiotic and metronidazole should solve the problem.

I hope this answer helps you. Please feel free to ask for any clarifications if you need to.

Wishing your Daughter an early diagnosis, proper treatment and healthy life.
