Brief Answer:
Drink plenty of fluids and observe your symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Good day and thank you for being with healthcare magic!

The lotion/sunscreen could have just irritated the tip of the penis and this would go away on its own in a few days. Don't worry about it. And no this wouldn't cause prostatitis.

Condom breaking down could be just nothing. If the pain persists I would suggest getting a urinalysis to rule out infection.

I hope I have answered your question satisfactorily.

Brief Answer:
STD (urethritis) unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
yes STD is unlikely if the pain is decreasing through time and doesn't progress.

Of course it is better to be tested for HIV and hepatitis b because these illnesses would have symptoms months to years after being infected

Brief Answer:
No can't have gonorrhea or chlamydia

Detailed Answer:
no for gonorrhea and chlamydia test immediately shows whether you are infected or not. I don't think you have either gonorrhea or chlamydia.

Just wait for the symptoms to resolve on it's own and drink plenty of water.
