What Causes Stabbing Pain On The Left Chest Area?
Question: I have a sttabing pain on my left breast evey 10 minutes or so. I am a male 89 and so far in fair good conditions, This problem does not let me sleep, aspirin helps some. will appreciate your help, Thank you

Pain of this nature usually is due to a cardiac problem. It may also be just skeletal muscular pain. But needs to be ruled out first by a cardiologist. So, I recommend you to please get a proper evaluation of your heart. Cardiologist will go for an EKG, Exercise Stress Test, some blood work and will tell you the status of your heart vasculature and muscles as a whole. If we take it as a muscular spasmodic pain, I usually recommend applying topically over the chest, Arnica gel spray; and, capsaicin cream. Take Ibuprofen for pain too.
