What Causes Stabbing Pain In Scalp While On Olmezest And Met-XL?
Question: After starting olmzest 20 along with metxl 50 i started getting irrritation, some times sort of pricking on the top of the head or slight pain on the highest part of the head. Wen 24 hours monitoring of bp was done the mapping of the BP shows it mostly in the 140/80 band, however in the mid night during sleep it wcame down even to
88 /48. I had a stent placed for a narrowing of a vessel in the heart three months back. The cardiologist asked me stop olmzest immediately and continue with metxl50 and clopitab a 75. I also was on nitract 2.6 mg till a week back which also i discontinued since yesterday on the cardiologist's advice. pl let me know know whether the slight pricking/ pain/type feeling is due to olmzest 20 mg and long usage of nitract 2.6 mg

i FOGOT TO INFORM YOU ONE TTHING I WAS A MIGRAINE PATIENT AND ALSO SUFFERRED FROM CERVICAL SPONDYLYTIS FOR LONG YEARS. RECENTLY THEY ARE MUCH BETTER. CAN THE SYMPTOMS IN THE HEAD LIKE PRICKING/PAIN FEELING DUE TO MIGRRAINE/SPONDYLYTIS. tHE ABOVE SYMPTOMS VANISH WHEN I TAKE REST AND NORMALLY MAY APPEAR WHEN I WAS AGITATED AND ANXIETY PRONE.
