Question: I had my period once it stopped I had sex with my husband. And today I woke up spotting, nauseous and dizzy . I had my tubes tied in 2004

I would like to know as in on what date exactly your last menses was and when did it stop and you had sex?. As your tubes have been tied, there are no chances of pregnancy anyways. This bleeding can be possibly because of a breakthrough bleed or an irregular shedding or an ovulation bleed per se which can occur in the mid cycle ( accompanied with mild abdominal ache, nausea), but it is not an implantation bleed as tubes are permanently tied.
So if your concern is implantation bleed, then it is not but yes it can be an ovulation bleed. however please furnish th exact dates so that i can guide you better.

Thank you but why would i be dizzy and feeling this way i have begun to throw up but not much just drinking water and saltine crackers

just take citrus lemon juice to reduce the nausea and keep yourself hydrated . This shall subside in next 1-2 days.
