Brief Answer:
Bacterial infection or thrush

Detailed Answer:
Hello ! Thank you for posting your question here .

You are under antibiotic ( amoxicillin,) . right?

Please give me some more information by asking the question below so I can have a clear idea.

- how do the spots look like ? ( white , red,,.)
- Did you have before you started amoxicillin ot after ?( For how long have you been taking amoicillan )
- Did you do a swab test of the throat ?
- Do you have high temperature/fever ?

-If the spots are white and you had it before starting amoxicillin , means that bacterial infection is not responding to this antibiotic , you need to change it.
The antibiotic should work within 24-48 hours after you take it, you will feel better otherwise you need to change to another one .

If the spots started to show after you took the antibiotic could be thrush .
Your saliva is white , you need to drink planty of water , stay hydrated.

Let me know for further clarifications.
