Question: Hello Doctor, i have infection small white spots on my penis head. I had an exposure and did a HIV rapid test after 25 days with negative results. I noticed this infection after 38 days from intercourse. I got cold for two days and then this is the sympton. Please suggest what am i supposed to do

I have gone through your query.Don't panic.Your problem can be fordyce spots or a fungal infection.If you send a picture of that i can comment on that.If fordyce spot it is harmless.In such case taking anti oxidants, garlic and local application of tretinoin helps it to dissappear.But in case of fungal infection miconazole ointment will be helpful.
You can repeat the rapid test once you reach 3 month after exposure or run an antigen(RNA) test which is more sensitive.You can do these tests to make yourself sure.You can approach a trained HIV counselor also.
