What Causes Small Spots On Wrist And Legs?

Question: One small spot show up on wrist one night. Ask Dr said dermatitis. it's been 3 months, size of quarter now, flat edges, 2 more spots on legs that look different
The first picture is my wrist. Its completely flat but the edges sting on occasion. The next 2 pics are on my legs. They are much redder than the spot on wrist. They are flat and dont ever hurt in any way. The larger one is actually getting lighter. It sort of seems brownish red and feels rough, but not scaly .

Thanks for the photographs.
Probably you have developed a superficial fungal infection.
Usually fungal infections are associated with itch however it might present as a slow growing reddish patch.
I treat such cases with a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole.
It is safe and effective and gives good results within 15 days.
