I can see 2 raised lesions/ growths, on glans and shaft, respectively. I would suggest a possibility of genital warts. Genital warts is an infection caused by Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). The infection is an STD i.e the infection is acquired by sexual contact with an infected sexual partner. Genitals warts are usually skin colored, raised, asymptomatic growths.
