Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome back. I understand your concern. But I am here to help you my best. So don't worry at all.
Your Hepatitis B and C are negative so nothing to worry in regard of slightly raised bilirubin.
Also again, your iron, Ferritin and saturation are normal so you can ignore slight variations that were there in MCV.
As far as lymphocytes are concerned, they are slightly raised. They might be a result of any viral infection or bacterial infection you had in recent past.
Moreover, there are no atypical cells seen in general blood picture , so lymphoma and leukemia are very very unlikely.
In case, you are having any persistent fever , throat infection, chest infection, then you should get it treated.
Otherwise, we don't investigate routinely this slightly high level of lymphocytes.
So, relax and in case you have any sort of ongoing infection, do share it with me.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Hello Doctor,

Thank you for your reply. Just to reconfirm , my Bilirubin levels ( TOTAL/DIRECT AND INDIRECT)are also within the normal range) Kindly refer to my latest BLOOD REPORT which I did from Dr. Dang's Laboratory. I have uploaded the same as well
So the Bilirubin levels have also come down.
Now should I repeat the test after 30-45 days and revert back to you?

Kind Regards.

Brief Answer:
Not at all required

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Nothing to worry. I have seen that report. I told you this can happen many times due to stress or it can be Gilbert's Syndrome. In any case , no treatment is required. Even there is no indication of repeating the test again.
Just relax. Pay attention to exercise and diet as discussed earlier.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
