Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.

This type of pain is very nonspecific and it would be helpful if you tell me more info about this. Is it associated with nausea, vomiting or fever? how long does it last? is there stool or urine color change? DO you have some other illness?

At this site, pain may be related to urinary tract such as kidney stones or urinary infection, right colon or neuromuscular pain caused by muscle distension. Some inflammatory processes in abdomen may be considered as well. At this point you should have easier diet, drink raspberry tea and take nonsteroid painkillers. If pain persist, or new symptoms occur, contact us for further advice. If blood in stool or urine occur, or fever, then you should see doctor in your place.

Wish you good health.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Well, if there are no these associated symptoms then this is most likely to be some benign issue such as irritable bowel syndrome or diverticulosis. As remedies you should: Look at your diet. If it contains a lot of carbohydrates that are difficult to digest, try to replace them. Carbohydrates that are easier to digest, such as potatoes, rice, and bananas, are good substitutes.

Also, try to eat around five to six small meals a day instead of three larger ones to help your digestive process.

Please take your time while eating and chew properly to avoid doing anything that may increase the amount of air that you swallow. This includes making sure that you are chewing your food properly, and avoiding chewing gum or smoking. Also, drink some peppermint tea, chamomile tea, and ginger. In severe cases, colonoscopy should be done and some medications recommended.

Regards
