Question: Started a second round of HCG diet with "HCG drops" Notice sharp pains in >>just one<< of my nipples on the second day of the drops. Find it strange that it is in only one and not both. Any ideas?

Brief Answer:
possible side effects of HCG diet.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Breast tenderness is a common side effect of following HCG diet.

You are reporting pain in only one nipple. Sometimes, unexplainably, it happens that one breast/nipple is more sensitivevas compated to the other breast/nipple.

This is true after excluding other problems like minor trauma/injury locally (to the painful breast/nipple).

If the pain is unbearable or other unusual symptoms will appear, should consult with your doctor immediately and consider to stop HCG diet.

Hope it was of help!
