Brief Answer:
Gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about pain in abdomen.

This pain you describe is likely to be due to gastritis and nothing else.

I don't see any major problem to worry about.

I suggest you take antacid tablet available over the counter and see if helps to reduce pain.

Let me know if you need any more clarification.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Adhesions

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Such pain post surgery is seen especially if there are some adhesions in abdomen between different organs. This will heal slowly over the time.

There is no other possible reason.

I suggest you continue omeprazole as it could still be possible due to gastritis and nothing else.

Let me know if you need any more clarification.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Adhesions are likely to heal overtime and pain reduce

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Adhesions means sticking of one organ with another. This happens commonly in some women after surgery. This does not mean another surgery is needed. This slowly heals and your pain is likely to reduce as days go by. Some more time is needed for healing as you have been operated recently in July 2015.

I suggest you wait and be on omeprazole regularly which will help you for pain relief.
