Question: I had an angioplasty on my left leg in 2011 and now one more through right side of the groin. This has been done about ten days back. unfortunately, I am getting severe pain on both of my legs since last 3-4 days. please help

1. Continues pain, from knee to toe on both legs
2. Not able to walk comfortably
3. No other symptoms
4. Have diabetes
5. No skin , no temperature changes

* Seems in relation with vascular compromise which may be due to thrombosis
or blockage at higher level affecting both lower limbs .

* Recommendations

- Do not neglect it , act promptly .
- Telephone your surgeon and take appointment for tomorrow consultation on
priority basis , if not possible due to Saturday , then ER visit appreciable .

- Doppler both lower limbs is primary requirement , then comes the
definite management part .
- Primary pain relief can be from tab. tylenol ( 500 ) mg .
