Brief Answer:
will need more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to health care magic,

I have gone through your query and understand the concern.

Severe nausea, numbness with ear ringing could be due to gastric problems or inner ear issues but will be difficult for me to diagnose exactly without more information.

Here,it will be helpful for me if you could provide me the history of fever, dizziness, vomiting, ear pain, headache (migraine) or diarrhoea etc.

Since you have visited some local doctor and taking prilosec with papaya tablets, you can continue with that.

You can also give him antiemetic like ondasetron or metoclopramide if it is available over the counter with antihistamines like benadryl for symptommatic relief.

Hope this will help and get back to me with more information.

Regards,
