Brief Answer:
Evaluation for neurological illness and toxicology screen needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concerns but don't worry. The acute onset of illness and normal laboratory work up can be due to many reasons like-
- Encephalopathy
- Viral illness
- Stress disorder
- Abuse of certain drugs

The best approach at present would be to visit a neurologist for complete clinical evaluation especially neurological. They may advise you for neuroimaging if required along with repeat blood investigations such as complete blood counts, BUN, S. Creatinine, S. Electrolytes, Liver function test, CPK and urine routine. The management depends upon the definitive diagnosis.

You may upload the reports for my review so that I may help you in the best possible way.
