I can understand your concern
As you explain the history that on Friday the check up you have done did not show any problem because you were symptoms free ,shows to me that this might be a viral situation.
And for this i would recommend you painkillers Ibrufen orally twice ,mucolitics like Ambroxol orally twice and a lot of water.Better to do some rest too.
Usually it lasts for 5 days.If your condition get worse with fever ,difficulty in breathing than you should get medical help for further examinations as follows:
Chest x ray
CRP
If they come positive than your doctor will prescribe for you some antibiotics like Amoxicilin orally twice for 5 days
But please discuss with your doctor for the above
