Brief Answer:
Hello. It seems likely a viral. Illness

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So generalised body ache with headache points towards a systemic viral illness. It is not migraine. Viral illness can present in the form of myositis and fibromyalgia. Tylenol can be taken 3 to 4 times a day. Drink plenty of fluids. Bed rest is advisable.
Thanks and regards
