Brief Answer:
Go for ultrasound abdomen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for query.
This area (Right upper quadrant) primarily overlies the hepato-biliary system and disease states affecting this system are a very common cause of RUQ pain. Other relevant intra-abdominal viscera in this location include the duodenum, head of the pancreas, hepatic flexure of the colon, and the upper pole of the right kidney, and should be considered in the differential.
I would suggest you to go for ultrasound upper abdomen done.Any pathology with these organs would be reflected in ultrasound.
Till tests are done take Tylenol for pain .
It can be any thing from inflammation of any organ to stones in gallbladder to indigestion.
Only ultrasound can make things clear.
Thanks!
