What Causes Severe Abdomen And Chest Pain?

Question: Nipple and chest pain followed by Upper right abdomen with intense pain along with cramping and squeezing. Drinking water helped a little and laying on my right side.

I am so sorry to hear about this pains that you have reported. I have reviewed the information fully. This is not suggestive of any specific disease condition. I will suggest that you monitor only and take tylenol if the pain is not tolerable. To me, this is should regress spontaneously or may become more localized for us to be able to investigate and establish a possible cause. For now, it is very vague and makes me rather think it is transient and needs no immediate aggressive medical intervention. Let’s be not to aggressive addressing this in the very early stages unless something else comes up.
