Hello

Thanks for the query

It helps a physician to diagnose better if he knows more about the problem the patient is facing. Could you please get back to me with the answers to the follwoing questions to help me come up with a good diagnosis

1. When did you first see the septic spots on your legs?
2. Could you decribe it color and size? How many of them are there?
3. Are they present in both the legs or just one leg?
4. Did you suffer from fever recently?
5. Are they painful?

It would be even better if you could attach the photo of it, there is an option of attaching the photo in the lower column.

Thanks for replying

From the given description it looks like you are suffering from what is called as a papular urticaria.
It is nothing but a skin reaction due to various causes and most commonly being allergic.
Some of the most common causes are ( i will be listing the causes most likely in you)

1. Reaction to undergarments, long hours of standing, tight clothes especially elastic ones
2. Reaction to heat especially after exercise
3. Reaction to cold climate
4. Reaction to scratched skin
5. Some food items you might be allergic to
6. Insect bites

Treatment is fairly simple, please do not get alarmed. You can follow these advises

1. Avoid wearing tight clothes
2. Wear cotton clothes while exercising
3. Keep the area of rash clean and dry
4. Antihistamines like levovetrizine will help bring down the rash. Please ask your doctor for a prescription
5. Calamine lotion when applied on the rash will bring down the soreness and the inflammation. Apply generously

Now coming to your second point, this does not look like a rash which has come because of vitamin deficiency.

I hope I have answered your query, please accept my answer if you have no further queries

I wish you a speedy recovery
