What Causes Semen Leakage Without Erection, Weakness And Pain In Legs?

Age 28 years
Height 5'7" weight 69.

Semen leakage and weak erection

Since 8 to 9 month ago
One day semen leakage( watery fluid start all t time to release from pennis)
But after some time it becomes low after taking some ayurvedic medicine.
But now this fluid also come out when I m sexual aroused without erection and some time it come with urine and I feel very weak and pain in legs and back waist
But erection in morning is almost normal it come
Please solve this problem it come only to see a girl and then pain start in legs
And suffering from weak erection
And erection does not maintain for enough time and some time there is zero erection

Hello Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Erectile Dysfunction with excessive secretion of mucus from urethra .

At the outset I would like to state that what you suspect it to be leakage of semen is not a semen but a mucus secreted by Bulbo Urethral Glands located in Bulbar part of urethra .These glands are stimulated on sexual thoughts and and sexual arousal as a natural response of the body to audio or visual stimuli.What you are passing is a mucus secreted in excess by these glands and it is not the semen as you think it to be .

As regards your problem of weak erection it is mostly due to what is called as performance anxiety .Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection and delay ejaculation and resolve other issues like pain in legs etc .
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc 3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.

is there is any medicine to cure is
and when I face this problem after that the veins become visible on pennis but some time they goes away and some time they are more prominent but before this problem there was no visible veins on pennis and I also feel some swelling on pennis
please suggest me some medicine to cure this leakage and
swelling problem which do not have any side effect please I shall be very thankful to you

As regards superficial veins of penis becoming dilated and tortuous has no significance at all .

For swelling on penis it needs to be examined in person by a qualified Urologist to establish the diagnosis of swelling .

Thanks for follow up .The secretion of mucus is usually triggered by sexual thoughts and arousal .Once you start the regime which I have suggested it will take 4-6 months to see the results .

as regards Ed it will also get resolved with the line of treatment I have suggested .There is no need to take medications for both the problems .
