Brief Answer:
Possible pancreatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
These symptoms may indicate pancreatitis and you should do some tests to rule this out ,in first instance, pancreatic enzymes levels and biliary ultrasound. Everything else should be benign and have self limiting course. Try to drink plenty of fluids, probiotics and avoid fried and sweet food. Wish you good health. Regards
